Supported independent living

Regardless of how self-sufficient we are, we all harbour the secret desire to return to the security of our families. The unconditional love, caring, and support we experience there are all present there. However, given that many people live alone or a great distance from their families, this might only be a fantasy for them. By way of our supported/shared independent living programme, InnerWorks enables you to experience family life under similar circumstances.

Psychiatric impairment

The CRPD states that “people with disabilities include those who have ongoing physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory impairments that, when combined with other factors, may prevent them from fully and effectively participating in society on an equal basis with others.”

The NDIS supports those who are disabled due to mental health difficulties and gives them the power to overcome their challenges and lead a life with as much autonomy as possible.

Respite Care

We honour and admire everyone who, despite having a busy life, shows their loved ones a lot of attention and affection. Your struggles and efforts to make your family happy deserve more admiration than words can express. We are aware that you would gladly agree to postpone a party or an appointment you had been looking forward to for your loved ones.

Carers’ Support

There is already a course available just for the participants’ family members and carers. You can spend more time with your loved ones thanks to our new “Carers Support” campaign. Gatherings, events, orientation programmes, family therapy, and a host of other activities fall under this category.
